This 3-day camp is for ages 7 to 13. The Frontier Life Camp experience introduces children to daily life on the frontier. Campers will learn about survival skills from the frontier, how to basic shelter was created, and will get to experience the tools of frontier life. This camp overlaps with the Pioneer Village Rendezvous event, which will give the campers a chance to meet and learn from frontier re-enactors.

Camps are from 9 AM to 4 PM. Cost is $85 ($75 for children or grandchildren of members of the Barron County Historical Society). There are a limited number of scholarships available to campers who could not otherwise afford to attend. All camps will include games, crafts, outdoor cooking, and other activities of the time period and culture of the camp they are attending.
