The Rice Lake Chamber Ambassadors presented an Outstanding Manager award and a Customer Service award to 2 individuals at Farm & Fleet today.
The Customer Service award went to Skyler Nispel. His nominator said "Skylar is most helpful, calm, and provides exceptional service even when things are extremely hectic in the background. He has always gone over and above whenever I have an opportunity or need. He exemplifies quiet leadership and quality service every time." Congratulations Skyler
The Oustanding Manager award went to Rod Burkhead. His nominator said "Rod has been at Farm & Fleet for a number of years and he will always make himself available to answer any questions or concerns. He thinks things through and is genuinely concerned about how customers are handled. He leads his entire store team with integrity and exceptional customer service. Farm & Fleet is lucky to have a great manager for all of its departments and customers." Congratulations Rod!
