The Rice Lake, Lake District is looking for volunteers on June 28 at 1pm to pull weeds and help clean up the raingarden along the Narrows Park bridge. While there, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn about the importance of a raingarden and some plant identification!

Please bring work gloves, water, and any other tools you find useful for this project. Some tools (shovels, rakes, clippers) and gloves will be available, but supplies are limited. All work will be done outside so dress accordingly. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are recommended. We usually work for about an hour but feel free to stay as long as you like.
