I am pleased to have a great program to offer that is designed to teach 11 self-care and healthy coping skills to participants over the course of six: one-hour weekly sessions.  These skills have been shown to help adults cope with lifes challenging times and stressors by facilitating the connection to positive emotions as a tool to build the capacity to feel good, even in the midst of difficulty and stress.  

I have been teaching this program for the past couple of years and have had a fantastic response both in attendance and reported outcomes by participants.  Currently we are able to offer the course FREE of charge thanks to SAMHSA ROTA grant funding.  Our upcoming session begins on June 5 on Wednesdays via ZOOM from 11:30-12:30.
