We are a Nutrition Club serving protein shakes, coffees and energy boosting teas. As well as delicious snacks and on the go options! Open Monday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm and Saturday 8:30 am – 1 pm. Offering at home and in club, health and wellness programs. Helping others start their wellness journeys at home and in the club! We are looking forward to meeting everyone and working with the community.

We do have fun get togethers for the community with activities and amazing company for all to enjoy!
